Dunkin'

I've been going to DD on Midler and James for more than 3 years now. This is the only DD where my orders are always correct and the customer service is great. I'm never disappointed. Keep up the good work!

This particular Dunkin Donuts tries hard, but they miss the mark, service feels rushed and the workers sound exhausted and irritable at just 9:30 in the morning. I'll gladly drive to other locations, just to avoid the drama of this one! Parking lot and drive thru are rocky and the asphalt needs an upgrade, too. This time it was an issue just to receive a straw for my drink

I love their caramel Frozen coffee always made with a little extra caramel

They are slow. They aren't open sometimes when they are supposed to be. They get my order wrong pretty often. The staff is unprofessional in the morning. Yet the make $15.75 an hour to start. This is why minimum wage shouldn't be so high. Gives people no motivation to be better. Won't be going here much anymore. Disappointed. I used to work at a Dunkin when I was younger and we had pride in our work.

Every single time no matter which DD I go to when get to the window my order is always wrong and have to have it made over. Either they cannot hear well on that intercom or they aren't paying attention to my ordering. I'm willing to bet the 2nd one. So I dont go often. I love DD coffee but dont wanna go thru that pain.
