Dunkin'

Went to Dunkin today for just a plain hot chocolate I didn’t want anything flavored nor did I ask for anything flavored. I got all the way home with it took a sip and realized there was something cinnamon flavored in it. Considering I’m allergic to cinnamon this is a pretty big issue for me. I’ve never once asked for flavoring in my hot chocolate and this is one of several times I’ve had this issue(not at this particular Dunkin, only had this problem once here) I’m just not sure why flavoring is being added to my drink when I never asked for it. Normally I’d just go back to the store and ask for a new one but 1 they didn’t give me a receipt so I don’t think they’ll just hand me a free drink and 2 I’m not sure if I trust them not to poison me at this point so I guess I’ve just wasted my money.

Horrible experience. Just waited a half hour for one drink. All for them to make it wrong when I get to the window. They didn’t apologize for the wait either plus I feel like I shouldn’t of had to pay for it at that point. Most definitely won’t be coming to this location for a lonnnng time

Order made correctly 1st time

It started out great, but to get 2 coffees and a dozen donuts took something like 15 minutes and they screwed up twice. One we didn't even realize until we got back to our hotel room.

They get it right EVERY TIME here- pretty quickly too!
