The drive thru staff got confused, but they stick with it and didn't get snippy.

I will tell you the coffee was horrible however the gentleman at the drive through on 4/10/2021 at 1:20pm was amazing kind and definitely went above and beyond his duties to try to make the macchiato's right, although I think it was the espresso maker that was off. Thank you Sir there definitely should be more people like you in this world ud83cudf0e

Great customer service ! Was served at the window by a young fella looking to be about 15-16 years old his name was Nick he was very handsome young man and he made me happy with great customer service a nice greeting to start my morning , and my coffee tasted better because he gave it to me

Erie Blvd east Dunkin Donuts is bomb!!nKalesha (Hope im spelling this right) is soooo sweet she So polite so warming had awesome customer service. I hope her manager sees this. I did try calling to tell her manager how pleased I was with her but have gotten no answer.

Worst customer service. The cashier doesn’t want to do her job and rude, the manager doesn’t know what to do to solve the problem, she charged my twice instead of giving me my money back, and then after while she gave my money back. The don’t care about customers
