Went there for ice cream. Also a Baskin Robbins. Flavor selection poor, to many outs.
The customer service at this location is beyond professional, courteous and simply amazing. From the managers down to all of the employees. They recognize my voice as I go basically daily and treat me as nicely as possible. The employees here, along with my large Caramel Iced Coffee with 4 extra pumps of caramel and cream and sugar truly brighten my day. Also.... they always remember my extra cupnOf ice lol! Everyone needs to swing on in and get your coffee and day brightened at this location!!!
Its okay. Only donut shop now operating on the Boulevard. Still has some good coffee.

This is by far the worst Dunkin'Donuts location I have ever been to.... My donuts were stale and ice cold like they had been sitting out for hours and my coffee had a bug in it. I am so glad I got my sugar and creamer on the side because I never would have noticed it if I hadn't taken the lid off. ud83eudd22ud83eudd2e I will never go here again, ever. I am absolutely disgusted. I honestly can't believe they served me a coffee with a bug in it. If you want a good donut place in Hopkinsville, Whistle Stop is way better than this place.
