We Went to several other companies for quotes but Mission Moving offered by far the most competitive price. Not only this but the quality of the service was excellent. I love them for all the best reasons.
The Mission Moving were there on time. They were super courteous to my wife and son, quick, efficient, and careful. Whenever I felt the need to help out, they assured me it was unnecessary and paid excellent attention. Highly recommended.
I had an excellent Service. The removal guys were professional, on time, and did a marvelous job. Thank you! This is the 3rd time I have used Mission Moving, and each time has been spot on.
Do not under any circumstances use this company. They were supposed to show up at 12pm to pack our stuff, with the truck loading and move to occur the next day. They showed up at 8pm and did not provide any update or reasoning as to why they were late. Since they were so late they had to pack and move in one day, which resulted in the most rushed pack I have ever seen in my entire life. When we unpacked our stuff numerous items were broken and lost. They even thought it was wise to fold an innerspring mattress and as a result they broke the springs in the mattress. They lost the legs to our coffee table and delivered us items that were not even ours including someone elses golf clubs. When I told them that were not mine and they did not even seem to worry that someone else was missing gold clubs. In total thousands of dollars or our items were damaged or lost and when I reached out to Ben (the owner) asking to be compensated for the items that were lost or damaged, Ben continuously dodged me. He was in Portugal, then he had the flu, and eventually he stopped answering his phone. Ben has to be one of the most dishonest people I have ever come in contact with. Use any other moving company you can find.
