The Receptionist Sonya at River City movers is amazing! Soooo polite! Will 100% use River City again!
Movers were unprofessional and didn’t have concern for items, tried writing all of the items were scratched and soiled when they weren’t and end up scratching and breaking multiple items. Including breaking the arm of a couch. Once we got our stuff delivered, it was all covered in mold and had a bad smell. Overall a terrible experience and would never recommend to anyone.
While I cannot speak for every crew used by River City Movers, I can say Cesar and his crew were fast, friendly, and reliable. Communication was excellent and Cesar went above and beyond to be accommodating. After approximately 10 moves throughout our military career, I can say this was one of the best experiences.
My husband actually works here and I know for sure that the people are very caring and want your move to be an enjoyable one. They pack,move and unload. They move military and civilian families. They work hard and are very fast. Has plenty of parking and is very clean.
I was initially hung up on when asking for an employee specifically when calling, the man just said river city Movers. I then call back after being hung up on, the man who also didn't give his name (and I see why he didn't) answered with attitude, interrupting me while speaking and saying we don't do this and that. Extremely rude and defensive, then said call another company and said you're welcome and hung up.
