My battery went down Thursday, while at the dentist office. I called Riddle's and about 20 minutes later they sent a young man named Daniel . Daniel tested and changed my battery as I requested. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Riddle's . Daniel made my day 100% better.
Daniel is amazing! He picked up my two daughters and I late at night when we had a blown tire in the middle of nowhere in Kentucky. He took the car to the repair shop and then took us to our hotel. Felt very safe with him around. Highly recommend!
They came to get me back to back, four days apart. Both times, I waited less than an hour for the tow, Daniel was extremely professional and kind. They are the best around, if you need a quick tow with great service, I highly recommend Riddles to take care of you.
When my car broke down on the side of the road I called AAA. I thought I had a battery issue. When Riddles arrived, the technician realized that it was a serpentine belt. He immediately called in for a tow truck to tell me to my daughter's home nearby. Service person was polite, courteous and very efficient.
We were 3 older ladies with 2 flat tires stranded in a construction zone on the I-24. Steven was our tow driver. He was excellent. He was very professional, kind and considered our needs. Thank you for great service.
