If I could give no star i would. Worst place ever. Majority of our stuff was stolen and when we called them they never answered the phone. We went to their main store in clarksville and told the people there what had happened and they just said they don't know anything. I have never seen a place this horrible.
This a VERY clean 2 year old remote and secure storage. The main store is on Wilma Rudolph. Kevin Chambers was really helpful. Pay on time you will have no problems.
Someone broke into mine and my husband’s storage unit and stole a lot of our things that we can’t replace. It’s not like we had a small lock on our unit either. I still haven’t gotten a call or heard anything about it.
Called and was told they had what I needed to rent. Arrived at store, no one there, no one answering phone, wasps on doors, doors locked. Waste of time.
This place is very clean and the staff is very helpful. It's a remote location but you can tell it's taken care of. Definitely recommend this place for your storage needs
