The prices have gotten way to high. The product is good but not the best. I see no difference from Top's in flavor or quality of several of their products including cupcakes, cookies, and donuts. Cakes and Cannoli's are really good and attractive to the eye but cost to much.
THEIR BAKED GOODS ARE DELICIOUS. MY FAVORITE IS DI CAMILLO ROMANO PIZZA. DOES ANYBODY REMEMBER DI CAMILLO’S BAKERY ON 20TH ST ?
Great hometown bakery. 100 years of making some of the best breads, cookies, cakes and Italian pastries in Niagara Falls NY!!!
Very cranky sales staff. Made me feel small about not knowing which was buy one get one pizza bread. There was literally a three foot sign in front of the entire case filled with all of kinds of pizza. I thought it was all on sale. The one older lady snickered at me. No holiday spirit at all. Makes me not want to ever come back again. I can get bad service anywhere. Not when a loaf of bread is $5.50 or more.
I love this bakery but again today they were out if bread at 1015 in the morning..that was disappointing. I did go back an hour later and was able to get fresh bread.
