The management of this company is hands down one of the nicest man I have delt with in a long time. Awesome customer service and GREAT RATES. We kept extending our trip in Texas because we found so much to do and they kept giving us great rates.

Best prices in town for rentals. New and clean cars available. Easy in and out. Location is great being middle of ABQ. Gas stations close to do final top off.

If you ever need a truck rental, this is one of the very best, my experience was sooner great from the start, CARMEN, the reply who howled me, was exceptional and professional and extremely helpful, I did the whole contract with her over the phone while I was filling it out, she helped me all the way, just make SURE, YOU HAVE ALL THAT YOU NEED AND CAN PROVIDE THE RIGHT INFO TO HELP YOURSELF. the truck did leak a bit up towards the front of the cab, nothing badly ruined but it needs to be checked out, the leak inspection was waaay past due. But, all in all, this move was better than any because of their help, thank you very much Carmen.

Budget is the WORST company EVER! I WILL NEVER use them EVER again. I asked if they had an all wheel drive WITHIN by current rental agreement. She gave me one and up-charged me without telling me. Never a single word was said that I would receive an extra $150 charge. When I called in they wouldn't refund my money because "I signed an agreement". SHADY! Disgusting they're using a bait and switch on people. I'm going to blast this on every platform possible! DO NOT USE BUDGET!

Worse rental car company ever!! Every time I have rented from them I have been screwed out of money. I have followed all of the guidelines to a tee and I still get ripped off by this company!! Never again will I go here!!!
