Walmart Neighborhood Market

I wouldn’t get the produce here, every time I’ve gotten produce on my pick up order it’s always been on the verge of being rotten and I don’t like wasting money on rotten product. Perhaps staff need to do a better job of cleaning out the produce section and grocery pickers shouldn’t give pick up orders half rotting food.nnI never had any issues with the staff directly until today. My husband is preparing for a deployment and picked up some last minute items, including masks. He accidentally grabbed a child’s size in his rush to return home and pack, and when I went to return them today I’d never been treated so rudely. Pauline was extremely rude when I tried to explain the package was clearly not opened and was wrapped in plastic and that the Walmart just down the street was accepting clothing returns, so why is this location any different? She snatched the product and receipt from me then rudely pointed out the blue and white sign explaining return policies, then proceeded to return the item while complaining about it the whole tome. Perhaps when you have return or exchange restrictions, signs should be posted near those items so customers are taking more care to purchase items and make them more noticeable. I understand it was my husbands fault he got the wrong size but no need to be so rude and corporate should look into verbiage that is more noticeable, such as the color red which elicits attention, rather than something which blends in entirely too much with your environment. It feels like you are being taken advantage of when you try to return something just to rudely be shown a sign that is not noticeable but removes corporate from any legal obligations because it’s there.

Rather go here than Walmarts big store

Great clean store with friendly staff.

August 31st at 6pm, I went to my Walmart Neighborhood Market to pickup a few things. Yes, I know masks are mandated and required in the store. I was wearing a mask but my boyfriend who has copd a medical condition cannot wear one. It states in the law that if you have a medical condition you will not be required to wear one. We were informed by a young girl who was pregnant that worked at the front door that he could not shop there due to not wearing a mask. We informed her that he cannot wear them due to his condition. She then told us that since he is sick, he shouldn't be shopping there anyway. She then continued to raise her voice at us as i was informing her of the rules required by CDC and his medical condition. She clearly raising her voice and arguing with us that he couldn't shop without one. I have never had a bad experience at this walmart, but I will never be going back. If this is the way that we as citizens are treated especially since we were following the rules and she was misinformed by her employer then I will take my business elsewhere. Publix is right down the block and Kroger will now be getting my money.
