We have had the WORST experience with their customer service department ever. Extremely unresponsive, seem clueless to say the least. We purchased a Kipton sectional from Manhasset and the cushions are beyond uncomfortable for a very high end expensive couch. We have been waiting on our “new” cushion inserts since 11/2/20 when filed our first complaint. Customer service put the order in for replacements on 1/1/21 and they said they will take 4-6 weeks to deliver. It’s now 3/23/21 still no cushions. I called concierge to see where they are (as no one responds to emails) and they can’t even track them and have no answers to what happened. It’s insane! If I had purchased this couch from Macy’s I would have had a brand new couch already. Buyer beware!!!! Stick with Macy’s....nnUpdate I emailed social@arhaus 2 weeks after they responded to this review and got no response.

I highly recommend working with Interior Specialist Laura Procops. She has a great eye for design, found me the furniture that worked best for me and my space, and helped me stay in budget. Her level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly exceptional. See her for all your interior design needs!

My experience at Arhaus was a good one.nnMy advice is to not be intimidated when you first visit the storennArhaus sometimes has very good sales which make some beautiful items quite affordable.nnMore About my experience:nnWhen my husband and I visited Arhaus for the first time, we were struck by how beautiful everything looked. The furniture was unique and refined, well crafted and made of high quality materials. Unfortunately, the first pieces we saw were way out of our budget and we were ready to leave until we were warmly greeted by Joanne, an Arhaus design consultant.nnShe put us at ease and asked us what we were looking for. We showed her the layout of the room we wanted to furnish and photos of the existing furniture we intended to keep. Joanne was knowledgeable and we saw she genuinely cared about helping us choose furniture which would bring joy into our new home.nnShe showed us several pieces that were on sale (within our budget) which would integrate well with the rest of our furniture. We placed an order for a few of the items she showed us. We would have never noticed this furniture on our ownnnWe love our new furniture and get many compliments about it from all who visit my home.

Furniture is nice but the entire buying experience was a disaster. Orders not delivered on time as promised, delivery service was terrible, billing and payment process unorganized, the store never answers the phone, very disappointing experience.
