Its a one store shopping mall at this location. Only Macy's. Huge and good collection of stuff. They have their own free parking lot. It is located in a beautiful place. Very open and less crowded. Good environment to spend time on shopping.
Anna is amazing (Women's Fine Jewelry) I returned a ring that I bought on-line because it wasn't as beautiful in person. While I was there Anna helped me. I asked about Blue Topaz rings. She showed me 2 counters and said these are on sale but we have some beautiful ones on clearance. I ended up buying one on clearance (spent more than a sale one) and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank You Anna!!!
I really hope they don't close this place! Easy access. Large parking lot. Always organized and clean. Very pleasant shopping experience. Every time.
Iconic store in Long Island. Great selections. Starbucks inside the store for short break and recharge. The Shoes dept. is busy, could use more staff to keep it organized.
So, I normally don't write reviews but I figured it would be the best way to thank a very polite and nice lady, Lydia in the accessories department. I had gone to the store to get my watch, which I had bought online, fixed. I literally have arms like that of a baby. Nothing fits my arm but Lydia was so patient with me and was super nice to me and my husband. So this is just a happy customer promising to return as long Macy's keep people like her working for them.
