Baskin-Robbins

I asked for a reeses layered sunday and the guy tried to sell me 2 scoops of reeses ice cream for over 6 dollars. I told him that wasn't the right thing and he disagreed. I showed a picture from the baskin robbins website and he said he couldn't make it.

Tried to order a Banana Royale, was simply told no. Settled for a Coffee Coolata, they were out. Okay, changed to a mango coolata, but later had to change the order again to strawberry because they were out of the mango as well. Why bother having these menu items up if all you can provide is 2 / 10 items advertised. I suggest ownership check their inventory more often and train employees on how to make an ice cream dessert item.

Baskin-Robins shares a shop with dunkin donuts. The ice cream is pretty good
