I used to come to this dunkin donuts. Good customer service. However i was drinking my coffee and when i opened it i was surprised to see a sugar packet floating in my coffee. Disgusting! I dont understand how the man making my coffee did not see that floating in there. Will not be coming back here anymore. This completely grossed me out. I would give zero stars if I could.

great coffee and always polite service. If they could only invent a delicious doughnut that doesn't make my belts so darn tight!!

Easy to see right off of Northern Boulevard servicing Roslyn and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Small parking lot. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

The service is great, nice short lines but for some reason, they don't ever put out sugar, ketchup or anything for your drink or meal. I always have to ask and wait which usually takes longer than my order.
