First of all the staff here is AWESOME. I’m giving 1 star to hopefully get the owners attention. BRING BACK CLOSABLE LIDS. Not a good way to cut costs, it’s super cheap of you to do this. It causes coffee to spill in the car. Will continue to go to other places for morning coffee until this is changed.

This location has the absolute nicest staff !!nThey don't get my order wrong and are very quick and efficient.

Never again..what kind of manager argues with the customer about their order . Simple coffee order I do it every day ..my mistake coming to the east rochester dunkin. Two coffees wrong and manager argues over what I mean when I say unsweetened.. no class

Honestly go there once a week. The guy knows my order and is super friendly. Makes my drink amazing every morning. Highly recommend!
