The Team at Watermark has always gone above and beyond for me! Bob and Sam have both always been incredibly accommodating, attentive, and gracious! Since Bob retired though and I have begun working more with Audra and Alex, they are certainly upholding the standard for customer care! I cannot express enough how much I appreciate all they do for me. Wether I need to call them 10 times in one day, I call in an order late, or I desperately need my order delivered first thing in the morning. They always do all they can to help and always with a friendly, happy attitude.. and I am not exaggerating when I say I sometimes call them ten times a day! Haha love the entire crew at watermark, and I couldn’t do my job with out them!
