Dunkin'

I came here to get one of those cater packages to drop off to a business, 10 cups of coffee and 12 donuts for 30 bucks… They quickly helped me, and everyone of them was so nice, I would say the chitchat was the best part of my day. Hey upper management! You’ve got a great crew here.

Was missing part of my order so I called to get a refund and not only was the lady I spoke with extremely rude but I was told they couldn’t give me a refund. This dunkin is the worst seems like the employees can just do whatever they want.

Very poor customer service. They didn't put any sweetener in my coffee I get to work and my coffee is awful. I call to let them know and I received a complete attitude from the supposed manager, Carolyn. No resolution for me spending 5$ on a coffee i can't drink. Worst customer service experience ever. I requested district manager info and they refused to give it. Go figure.

Went to get a large frozen coffee and the product I received was the consistency of the liquid you get after you leave a milk shake out for too long. Absolutely gross. I ended up going to the dunkin in Pittsford off monro to buy another one. The one in Pittsford will be my go to from now on.

There must be new people at this location. There was a woman there that was very rude, but I haven't seen her and for awhile now the service has been so pleasant. Whoever comes to the window now is always so nice.
