My children's school district uses them and I have been satisfied with the pictures every year. A few years ago my son was in a class trip for the first picture day and then out sick for the retake. They were very easy to contact and set up a time for me to take him to the studio and get his picture taken. This year, like everything else in 2020, there were a few hiccups in my kids order. However, as soon as Colleen was made aware of the issues she was in contact via phone and email with solutions. Her quick response and great customer service is appreciated especially in a time where emotions are running high and people and businesses are stretched thin. Thank you!!
Horrible school pictures. Daughter had food on her face and after speaking with other parents I found out she wasn't the only one! The photographer clearly doesn't care about quality, just quantity to make more money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
The worst photography in have ever scene. Stevie Wonder has more photography skills than these people
Many thanks to Art and Paula and the whole staff at MCA studios. Their efforts ensured that my grandson got his Third Grade yearbook before school was over. Just three days after we realized that Colin's yearbook had not arrived at his school, they fired up the presses and got one delivered to our door. Now Colin can have it signed by all of his friends just like everyone else has been doing. They really made this kid happy! Thanks again.
I have waited 3 weeks already and I called and they told me itd be another week before I got my sons pictures!! I do not understand what takes them so long. Life touch has them out in a week!nnI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
