Had a massage here. Receptionist and manager was great but I did not feel any pain after my deep massage, Usually i do. The products I bought there are great. Service is awesome.

I had an awesome massage with Nicole. It was so relaxing and peaceful. She really took her time. My mother in law had a facial and she said it was the best facial she ever had.

I’ve had a massage and a facial there, both were great. If you get a package , you get 50 dollars in products. They have a nice relaxation room, a steam room and sauna. I don’t do yoga , but they have yoga classes too. Nice experience overall and very close to the mountain

My best Spa experience to-date. Started the morning with a restorative yoga class for $15. We followed with the facial and massage package. I was blown away by the treatments given by Gabby and CarolAnn. We used the sauna and shower before heading home 5 hours later. Our package came with a $50 Credit on products. I thought it was an excellent value.nnMy only comment was that they seemed to have trouble keeping the locker room stocked. They did not have enough robes and slippers in the morning, then ran out of combs by the afternoon.nnHowever, we will definitely be back on our next girls weekend!

We arrived at 12:45 for a 1 pm appointment. We gave our names and were directed to change and wait to be called in the lobby. Once 1:40 came around and no one called for us, we inquired. We were then told they did not have us on the list and that they called Windham Spa, the other local spa, and confirmed our appt was in fact there. Mind you I know this is our fault but had the front receptionist known anything about checking someone in, we could have made our original appt at the correct spa and not waited around for nearly an hour. Furious at myself because we still have to pay for the missed service but more so that this could have been prevented had they been good at their job. And bonus alpine spa told us this happens all the time.
