Everyone was very professional and maintained a nice atmosphere while following social distancing guidelines. Megan, my stylists was very nice and gave me probably one of the best cuts I've ever had. I will be back for sure! Even the cost was manageable!
Parking has always been difficult here. I’ve endured on-street parking tickets because their parking lots holds only five cars, because of good service. After the COVID reopening I booked an appointment by phone with the stylist I’d been seeing for a couple years, but when I showed up I was seated with another woman and told that my stylist didn’t work there anymore (leaving well before I called to book). I was insulted that they deceived me by pretending to book me with her to secure my business. I recently went back for a massage, and found they couldn’t even give me a glass of water (COVID rules) but no one warned me in advance to bring my own. On top of that I received a $5 aromatherapy up charge without being asked. Their service has really taken a downturn in the past year.
Had a great pedicure and manicure with Grace! Outstanding job! Very peaceful and relaxing!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is kept very clean. Several measures are obvious to avoid contagions. Autumn is wonderful.
Good COVID practices. My stylist is exceptional and brought my hair back to life!
