Customer service is excellent

I always find something that I like at Macy's. They're prices are reasonable and competitive.

I went to Macy’s last night at around 7 pm to buy some boots. There was no one in the shoe department to assist. The place was like a ghost town. I finally found some boots but was trying to decide should I order a size bigger. So I asked the woman at the register about possible ordering some boots in the midst of her complaining to others that she is the only one working the register in the entire store. I was still a little undecided. Instead of her saying do you need some time. She said “So what are we doing here?.” Really how unprofessional. I understand that your short staffed, however that is not how you talk to people. I will never spend my money there again. I’d rather shop at Macy’s at the Galleria Mall where they have better customer service!

I get home and the sensor is still on the sweater I bought! So tired of this! If the sales woman would stop asking so many questions and not talk to the sales girl next to her...maybe she would have done her job properly! Now I have to come back in!
