I have been shopping here since this Tops came into existence. Small but clean and easy in and out. You know where things are. You also see the same counter clerks. Covid protocols are followed here.

Wednesday evening, Nov 4, no checkout clerks, forcing all customers to self-checkout and bag our own groceries. This was while the manager was yapping it up with several store employees in the lobby. When I complained to him, he simply shrugged his shoulders like it wasn’t his fault.nnWegman’s forever now. Tops knows little about customer service!
