BJ's Wholesale Club

I give credit where it's due and Tasha at the front desk gets an A+ in my book. I had an unfortunate experience at the bakery and although Tasha told me she would call a manager she had already given me enough reinsurance and empathy that my issue would be resolved and my feelings were valid. She was relative and compassionate with my son's birthday being the very next day. Although the manager told me he would make my cake a priority when I called the next day it was not in fact made a priority. But Tasha handled the situation like a pro and for that I am grateful.

Five staff behind the counter, one customer being taken care of. They may have been working, but it looked like they were just having a casual conversation with one of them playing on her phone. Optics matter. Either go to the break room, or greet the customer and explain why they're waiting when there seems to be an abundance of staff. In-club pickup resulted in a surprisingly long time waiting inside the club.

I was shopping for groceries, and was very excited to see a gluten free section, however I was disappointed because their sign was very misleading, none of the things in that section were gluten free. Thank god I looked closer because I have celiacs disease and if I were to have eaten any of that it would have been bad. What if someone were to not check the items and rely on the sign, and have an allergic reaction. Being gluten free is a very common thing and there doesn’t seem to be a good selection for these items.

Fantastic wholesale warehouse. Very competitive prices. Pandemic ready. Large parking area. Cheaper gas than most stations. Incredible variety of food and outdoor furniture. Decent selection of clothes. Indoor and outdoor carpet. Fast customer service. Wide easy to navigate through. Exceptional meat and bakery. I strongly recommend BJ's.

Today, I received the BJ 'S. Add in the mail. The store is Sheridan Dr Amherst. I t baffles me why they closed the Tonawanda location in favor of this location. I don't think I ever heard anyone say it was a great spot for customers. I cut out my coupons and decided to go. Guess what? The paper products that were just out in the ad were gone. There were no Bounty products or Puffs tissues. I took 5 coupons and used one. Very disappointing trip.nnI have been a customer for years. I am probably not going to renew. You have to pick a day when you are mentally ready for the parking lot aggravation. Then you find out their ads are not in stock on the first day.nnWith all the things that matter, it appears BJ'S has forgot about the customer.
