The cookies are delicious. They are delivered warm. The chocolate chip cookies melted in my mouth. I'm a big fan of the mint and white chocolate macadamia cookies. They deliver until 3am. It is really overpriced in my opinion.
The cookies were delicious! We had to wait 10 minutes for the deluxe peanut butter chunk to come out of the oven, but it was worth it!nMy friend got yelled at for eating her cookie in the store while we were waiting, so we went outside and they brought us the fresh cookies to the car. It looks like they need more help.
Cookies were really good, we went in the evening are were still warm and gooey like they were fresh out the oven! One of the best things we’ve gotten on our trip to buffalo !
Went to insomnia cookies and there was one person at the front, Olivia. She was the only one that was being nice and had good customer service. She is the only reason this place is getting 5 stars. Everyone else was being rude and throwing things around. They were yelling at each other and being rude in front of the customers. I heard multiple people complaining about doing their jobs. The girl in the flower pants was throwing stuff all around. It’s so unprofessional. Olivia was clearly over worked and they still yelled at her to answer the phone while she was in the middle of something. It’s people like her that make people wanna come back but the other people make me want to never come back.
Amazing cookies and ice cream. Best part is their late night hours!
