Ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese on Everything bagel this morning. Tried to take my first bite and it was so rubbery I couldn’t even make the first bite. Bagels must have been left over from the previous day. Left the employee a tip but I shouldn’t have, wasn’t super pleasant. Not wasting my time here ever again. They will be closed like all the other Dunkins in buffalo.
Honestly, I love the service here. Unfortunately the reviews I see on here doesn't do justice because the employees work really hard to keep their customers happy. I love how friendly and nice the workers are. Thank you for your service guys. I have seen many customers take advantage of their kindness and being nasty to the employees. Please remember that we are all human and we all make mistakes. These are Dunkin employees not your servant. Periodt
I ordered a green tea. just a plain green tea and they put MILK in it! Who puts milk in green tea when the customer didn't even ask for for milk?? That's disgusting
