Just wow. There’s cake, and then there’s CAKE. Not only was it the most delicious cake that we’ve ever had, but it was just as beautiful as it was flavorful. We had guests coming up to us all night asking where the cake was from, explaining that it was the best cake they’ve ever had, too. After consulting with Ann Marie, we chose a white cake with vanilla buttercream and blackberry mousse for the guests and the same plus a layer of almond cream for a smaller cutting cake. Clearly a planning pro, Ann Marie even came up with a backup plan in case blackberries weren’t available. By the time we took our last bite we were already trying to come up an excuse to order again. We can only give her the highest of recommendations and hope that after reading this you will trust her to make your cake – you won’t be disappointed. Will update with photos once we have them.
