Carpenter Bros helped us with a local move in the past, and because of the quality of their work then, I decided to use them for an in-state move for my elderly parents. Kyle went above and beyond to help with scheduling to make the move as convenient as possible for my parents who were moving from their home of 53 years. From packing up day, to loading up, and final delivery at their new home, every single Carpenter Bros employee that worked on the move was professional, kind and respectful, and all with them being very mindful of COVID precautions and working with elderly clients. They were wonderful at every step along the way.

We were amazed by the quality of our moving experience with Carpenter Brothers. They scheduled our move within a couple weeks of reaching out to them and were completely cordial and accommodating in setting it up. The day of the move, they were courteous, tidy, and professional in their work, especially given the difficulties posed by the pandemic. The storage unit they moved everything to looks impeccable: everything neatly stacked and even labeled. We would recommend Carpenter Brothers to anyone and hire them again in a heartbeat!

Didnt take their time, asked what to pack and made sure to.check again if unsure. Took an hr to.pack a few boxes and load all furniture which was perfect for the amount there and kids around. Overall a wonderfuk experience and no way could i have eveer fit it all into the unit...though they did it with room to spare. Very pleased

They did a super job of packing. Very nice people to work with. Melissa was wonderful at getting us answers.nThe young men unpacking us were also very pleasant to work with, however they were unaware that they had to unpack. They were then told that 2 men had not shown up to work with them that day. It took a long time for them to complete the job. They were so nice even after learning that news.nOur printer did not work upon arrival. Its box was upside down. Two wooden pieces of furniture were wet, broken and had blistered. The process to start a claim is so complicated that we are just buying a new printer. We are trying to hide the damaged wood with a hole in it also. The claims process seems too cumbersome to try to deal with. That should be changed.nWe feel lucky that these were our only problems. We have heard of many worse moving stories.nOverall we were very satisfied with your company and would highly recommend it to other clients.
