Great service from sales to install team here at the Plattsburgh NY shop!! I purchased a gas stove last year that didn't fit my needs. Tim offered to swap it out for one that did meet my needs and charged only the difference in price. Jason and Tim went above and beyond what I expected . Well made stoves ,fireplaces, and fire pits at decent prices.Don't pass up this shop
