Alix's True Value Hardware

Alix's is my go to Hardware store even though not the closest. The level of assistance & guidance no matter the project is always honest, helpful & sincere. True Value Hardware has been an American Hardware brand my entire life and Alix's is my local favorite. Besides always helping, it never sees to amaze me to find 1 or 2 of the items or parts needed in stock. On the rare occasion they don't have my item, they will order it for you and you can get it at home or pick up in store in a day or 2. Best customer service and the owner is on the premises.

Great spot for odds and ends hardware. Staff are very friendly and I recommend this place for getting keys made.

Helpful staff unlike big box stores.

Rented a Uhaul for 8 hours. Drove a total of 3 miles per my receipt and was charged for using 3 whole gallons of gas. Clerk acknowledged that it seemed off but refused to look into it as it would take him 15 minutes on the phone with Uhaul. If they are willing to overcharge in this situation I believe they would be able to do the same in other areas of their business. Rent anywhere else.
