Autumn in the blind dept was very knowledgeable of the different brands I inquired about. Having a representative be so kind, patient & professional also was wonderful to do business with. Thank You lowes for having such an amazing representative.

I needed replacement bulbs for ceiling recessed lighting. Had been unable to find the correct wattage but Lowe's came through. My usual happiness with Lowe's!

updated 3 years later....It still is useless to ask people where something is (sometimes they will just lie and say that they don't have it), but I have moved my review from 1 star to 3 because I now know that I can use the app to find what I need....it's not great, but it's affordable.n[old review below]nIt always seems like asking for help when looking for something is a waste of time. They either don't know or will just tell you they don't have it (even when they do).
