This place is always constantly busy! As busy as they are Katie always seems to have a smile on her face and always has great customer service! My coffee is always made the correct way and the food actually comes out cooked the way it should be! But beside that I believe she is the manager and I think she is doing a great job to keep this place in check and keeping customers satisfied!!
Great donuts and coffee! Service is good
Went in this morning to buy coffee and donuts for a camping trip and we met this lady debby. SHE WAS SO AMAZING oh my goodness I hope she gets a promotion. Food was fast and the service was great! Love the Dunkin in Valatie.
Haven't been to Dunkin since my horrible experience in Watervliet! This particular Dunkin isn't allowing you inside to order. Drive thru only. Long wait but friendly staff and my coffee was delicious!
Drive through was very slow.
