Dunkin'

I went today about 11:15am on 2/22/21. I asked for the manager after my order. She came and I told her about my experience yesterday the 21st. I told her that I bought 4 coffees and all of them had a quarter of coffee grinds at the bottom. She gave me a blank stare without even apologizing. I wasn't looking for reimbursement or free stuff. But at least an apology. I buy there allot because its the closets to my job. I'm feeling like I need to just go to the opposite end of Rout 3 to get my coffee. Its sad because I had good experiences there but many bad that this took the cake. It shows how unprofessional people can be especially the position they hold. I hope their district manager evaluates them. These times of the pandemic we need to be allot nicer due to all lives being disrupted. I apologize for not getting her name but she's there most of the time.

Who doesn't love Dunkin? Wonderful wake up! Employees are kind and friendly I go almost every day on my way to work. They know my coffee the way I like it. Many smiles and usually they throw some donate wholes in my bag just for good measure. I love my dunkin!!

Ordered through drive thru and the woman at the window with brown hair and glasses with a blue shirt was NOT wearing her mask properly. She was not covering her nose, she continued to take our card and hand us our order while wearing the mask this way. She is risking her whole community and her coworkers by doing this. Too many people have already died for her to be reckless like this. Very sad.

Awfull!! I ordered a chai latte with just a shot of almond milk not mixed in. And the whole thing was frothed! Was horrible and tasted discusting!! Will never visit here again for something so simple!!!

Always friendly service and when there is a long line it always moves fast, couldn't ask for a better team that works together and keeps customers happy
