Went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered a blue raspberry Culotta, and a bacon, sausage, egg , and cheese on an English muffin Add EXTRA MEAT !!!! This was almost a $7 sandwich !!!!! They gave me a incorrect order!!!! I went out of my way to this location as I’ve heard good things. What I got served was a bacon sausage and cheese on a croissant. NO EGG?!?! NO ENGLISH MUFFIN!!!!???! I called and talked to a young lady. She said well you can come back and give us back the sandwich and we will remake you a new one. I said, thank you very much! That at least gets me my new sandwich but that does not pay for my gas having to go all the way back to that location At this point they finally put a manager on the phone. The managers name was Jeremy !!!! This Jeremy so called manager tells me that he can replace my sandwich . I explained that the sandwich was paid for and it was wrong , all you want to do is replace it ? Like wth!!!!! Then he says ok we can give you a free drink ! WOW !!!! Well thank you so very much ! I live 15 minutes from this Dunkin ! I explained I was calling corporate . He said I have a line I can’t talk ! Then I said really you don’t even no my name to write it in the book !!!!! Smh ! He took my name then hung up on me ! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE ! So disrespectful!!!!! This Jeremy guy is so unprofessional!!!!!!! Made me feel as if I was a bothersome! Never have I dealt with a manager that treats people like this !!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN ! I CALLED CORPORATE !!!! SO DONE !!!!!

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. This morning there were 4 employees behind the counter and only 1 waiting on people and making the drinks. No one greeted anyone, no one smiled, no one said have a nice day. These people need serious training in customer service.
