I highly recommend U-Pack to anyone moving any distance. Everyone I encountered with this business was courteous and knowledgeable. They kept me informed what to do and who to contact next during the movement of the pods. There were no hidden surprises in any leg of the transaction. I also had 2 helpers unload the pods at my new destination -- both great workers. If ever I move again, I would definitely use the U-Pack business again.
They provide excellent service. Very efficient and timely. All the staffs I met were also very kind and friendly. The cost was also very reasonable. Strongly recommend to those who are moving long distance.

I highly recommend U-Pack. Everything happened as promised, no surprises. Everytime I spoke with a customer service representative, they were fully informed, understood my questions, and gave pertiinent answers. Should a need arise in the future, I will definitely choose U-Pack again.
