As a response to the reply, well if that's the case I have a phone number on file, I also have caller ID and a answering machine. A phone call saying we apologize here's what happened could have prevented this review. Not changing the stars, cuz that's poor customer service in my opinion. I didn't order it cuz I needed an extra one, I ordered it cuz my coal stove can not be used at this point. Next time call.nnI have called numerous times to order a hopper for a alaska coal stove, the lady answers the phone and says it's on a truck and she will call me when it arrives. Well here it is almost 2 months from the first phone call and they will not even call me back. They are great when you first buy your stove. But you better not need any parts or maintenance cuz obviously your not gonna get it. Shoppers beware the customer service here is terrible.
