I booked a couples massage for my husband and myself on February 23rd for March 1st. We received a call early in the morning of March 1 telling us that both of our massage therapists were out sick with the flu. I don’t want to get sick , so we rescheduled and they offered us an upgrade to the scented oil. Fine. We rescheduled for the next Sunday, March 8. We got a phone call an hour before our scheduled massages on March 8 to tell us that one of the massage therapists had a family emergency and had to cancel us yet again. They allegedly try to call other massage therapists to cover her shift, but because it was such a short notice, they could not find coverage. I understand things come up, but you would think they would make it a priority to keep our appointment since they had already canceled us once. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Knowing that there are so many other great massage places in the area that won’t cancel on you the same day as your appointment, twice, we will not be returning. If you would like to actually have a massage on the day that you plan it, go elsewhere.

The receptionist were friendly and willing to answer questions. Cindy, my masseuse, was great. I felt comfortable and enjoyed hearing her recommendations. I will be back next month.

The massage was precisely what I requested. The consultation before my service was efficient and addressed my specific wants and even outlined areas I did not need/wanted to be touched. Amanda’s pressure was consistent and she frequently made sure I was comfortable. The front desk was genuinely friendly and made sure they answered all of my questions before and after my appointment. Overall a wonderful experience.

Best massage ever! Thank you Jeff for putting my body back together again. Complete relief of my pain within 48 hours. Professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. As a nurse I have a lot of questions and he had the answers. A plus service. Great relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend Jeff.
