Maria and Devante have charged me 2 payments in one month without my consent. Changed my payment dates with my consent. Called me names, screamed at me, threatened me, talked over me and interrupted me. Refused to give me the district manger number telling me I had to call corporate to get the number. I have been a customer for about 20 years and this is how they treat disabled people. I never had problems till Maria took over. DO NOT SHOP THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
Customer service was excellent. I would recommend the location in Elmira NY to friend and family. Totally professional during this time with the pandemic and CHRISTMAS only a few days away.
Its a very great place to rent from get some very good high-quality things
They always have what you need
Since management changed over the place has had sub-par customer service, they can't keep payment dates correct, have terrible selection, and want top dollar for bottom dollar stuff. Then to top it off, their delivery staff botches the job and new merchandise looks like used.
