Dunkin'

I went through the drive through ordered 2 iced coffee and 2 Boston cream donuts. And a breakfast sandwich.nnI pulled away before I looked in bag. Big mistake. Donuts were not in bag.nnI walked inside to ask for what I ordered and the lady waiting on me contested my saying I didn't get the donuts. The girl in drive through said I must have dropped them at the window. I said look outside I just did nit get them.nnThe girl waiting on me said this one time she will accommodate me.nnI paid for the food your employee made a mistake.nnRude snotty etc! It was uncalled for. My wife and kids frequent them but I'm going to encourage them to go to the one.

Ordered a Pumpkin iced coffee and a Pumpkin muffin from their mobile app. for pickup at the location and when I went to pick the order up they didn't have either one and didn't know when they would. So why would the mobile app say one thing and then the store Not offer these items? They did substitute other items, but D.D. needs to do a better job of monitoring their app.
