My girlfriend purchased a mattress from there & I couldn't make it to the store to pickup the mattress until 7 p.m. because of my work schedule. The store closes at 7, but the manager kindly stayed after so I could pick it up. Very thankful. Good service.

We purchased two mattresses here in the past five years, one a high end model and the other in the $400 range. Both are great and still going strong. Moved to Rochester and plan to buy a third at the Henrietta location.
