So, a friend recommended Raymour and Flanigan, and specifically suggested me to ask for Michele. what a great experience!! I came in and shopped with Michele, and she was wonderful! Helpful, no pressure sales approach. Had a great conversation and lots of laughs. Found some great stuff and it was even in stock! Getting delivery Tuesday!

I was happy with the initial purchase of my living room furniture. but please do not waste your money on what they call their protection plan or platinum protection plan. The guy that sold this to me wasted my money and lied to me saying it covers everything just to get me to buy it. Then when I try to get a hold of them for help with the furniture that is cheaply made (my big lots furniture lasted much longer than this) they just tell me everything it doesn't cover which is pretty much everything. If you have a spot on your furniture they'll come out and try to clean it off but other than that they're useless and it's a waste of money. They we'll just claim that anything that's going on with your furniture is normal wear and tear so it will not cover it. I will NEVER purchase a piece of furniture from this company again.

The best part of shopping here is the employees. They are helpful but don't harass and pressure you throughout the store like other furniture stores!
