The only reason this store has 1 star is because there is not an option to give zero stars. This place is a hoarders dream and to a non hoarder a dumpster. I’m honestly surprised I didn’t have to climb on top of items to get through the store. My husband went to look at cards. Instantly we were treated differently than the other customers in the store. I can only assume after the events that transpired it’s due to his skin color. He selected the items he wanted to purchase and was then refused the sale. The owner claims the item was in the case by mistake even though it had a price and a upc on it. I will NEVER step foot in this dumpster fire of a store ever again.
Make sure you read the fine print. Poor customer service. Get a copy of the return policy, unless you have 30 minutes to read the size 12 font 8x11” full page at the counter (that’s covered with equipment, games, papers, etc.) Buyer beware.
We were referred to come here and trade in our games and they were pretty rude and gave us horrible attitude and told us they could basically do without us. They slammed our games down on the counter when looking at them, put your games in the middle of the mess of there own games there was two people doing it who knows if I'm even coming home with all my games. Would not recommend going there if your looking forward to being welcomed in.

Nice store great selection of games but very slow on repairs/verbal updates on repairs.
