My almond pretzel was already Made. One bite and it tasted like a cleaning chemical. I politely told to worker.. who looked my age (mid 40s) that something was wrong with it. She argued with me about it being just made and said what do you want me to do about it. I asked for another one. She unhappily made it. Worst and rudest customer service. I still have a chemical taste in my mouth and the new one was ok. Never again! Then my friend watched as the other worker used the cleaning chemical right next to the open area where the pretzels and then drinks were!

The woman that was working was trying to take my order from the back room. Apparently she was too busy to be bothered by customers. I asked for three pretzels she gave me four. Top notch. I just paid for all of them and left. I didn't want to find out what would happen if we had to change my order.
My family and me absolutely loves their pretzels what is highly recommended their pretzels to anybody and everybody haven't found any better pretzels in 100 mile radius
We stopped at closing time so the selection was limited. Staff was nice. Will do a better review when I stop again.
