Absolutely fantastic!!! Her cookie kits are the best holiday present! We love decorating them as a family for what ever holiday, great way to sit down and have some quality time.

Would rate negative stars if I could! Zero customer service skills and zero problem solving ability! Ordered 3 dozen cookies to look like a puppy I had just gotten son for his birthday Instead of using the pictures she googled one of the 2 breeds the dog was mixed with and went with it. Looks nothing like the multiple pictures I sent her and other than telling me she looked it up and that's what she found I have got no response! Custom bakery that just googles what you want instead of actually doing what you order!

Beautiful shop with awesome music decor and an extremely nice owner. She hand crafts sugar cookies that look too good to eat but make sure you do... they're an old family recipe that's delicious. This shop is a must-do if you're in the area... or if you're not... make a day trip to Jamestown and try her amazing cookies and desserts which are all hand made from scratch.

Amazing local bakery! Every time i’m craving something sweet they never disappoint.

My sister and I had gotten cupcakes for my nieces 4th birthday party. Was $75 for maybe 20 cupcakes!! So at the party we tried them because everyone was talking about trying the bakery. They were VERY dry! I called and asked what they could do about it because we had to purchase more cupcakes that we wouldn’t have to worry about kids choking on. She said to call back the next day and she would refund us the 75 dollars. Ok not what I was wanting but great! The next day I call her she wouldn’t respond and when she did she had to leave to get her daughter. The next day, I had messaged her on Facebook no response. (Facebook was how I originally got ahold of her to place an order)I had then called the bakery she wasn’t there. She was getting her daughter. Took her at least 3-4 hrs to call back. She was able to meet up with one of us. At this time she was snobby about it and said I personally made them myself and I know there was nothing wrong with them, she then gave us $50 back. Like I said wasn’t trying to rip her off or get all my money back but she lied to us, AND was VERY unprofessional how she talked to us in person, and obviously don’t care about her customers.
