This facility is tawdry and the worker I encountered was shady. I paid for 60 minutes, but they told me afterwards that they could only do 30 minutes. They then overcharged me for the 30 minutes ($20 more than what is displayed on their pricelist). The worker gave a broken English rationale (which made no sense) -- she didn't speak English. On top of that she demanded (in broken English and sign language) $20 in tip. The service was also subpar.

I Called several times and left voicemails requesting a call back to schedule an appointment – never got a response. I finally stopped by twice, and the woman who was there did not speak English enough to schedule an appointment the first time - the second time, she had an app to translate.nThe lady seemed nice but I didn’t see any licensing credential info, and the massage was...unconventional. Not trauma-informed, if that’s what you’re looking for. She didn’t explain what she was going to do, and I left with a neck ache and headache that it’s taken quite a while to shake off.
