Has gone down hill with out knowledgeable service
Like Coke and Pepsi there is Lowe's and Home Depot. But the difference is Lowe's carries only Sakrete concrete.
This store used to be much better. Earlier this winter I bought a snow blower here. I found a lady and asked for assistance, she called 4 times in 30 minutes over the intercom system for the dept. rep to assist and they never showed. Eventually i just helped myself and they got my 1000 for doing no work. The last 2 times i have been to this location looking for some plumbing items and a certain type of trim they don't have it, but they always say Vestal or Norwich has it. My advice is go to a location that is managed more efficiently.
All you home improvement needs very helpful and friendly.
Check out is a mess, the store's a mess, the employees don't want to help you at all
