Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

We walked into Raymour & Flanigan after previously visiting another furniture store in search of a full size bed for our guest room. We honestly hadn't been in the store for many years and we were pleasantly surprised what a gorgeous selection in furniture they had. Their in stock of full size beds to choose from beat out anyone in the area. Our salesperson was Mercedes, she was very warm and inviting as we entered the store and directed us to the bedding dept, even offering the option of the elevator or stairs for our convenience. She was patient as we walked through the choices of beds and answered every question we had and pulled up prices for us without any hesitation. She helped us make our selection, completed our order, even offered us bottled water as we perused their massive floor of beautiful furniture. She escorted us to the cashier to complete our transaction, where we were met with an equally nice gentleman that finalized the order. It was a wonderful experience going to Raymour & Flanigan and we were so happy we did. We will definitely return and see Mercedes again. She is professional, patient and knowledgeable. Our delivery arrived today and we can't say enough about that as well. They texted us several times to give us notifications, ability to track the time of delivery and the delivery guys were professional, on time, respectful and completed the set up perfectly. Great experience from start to finish. Excellence is definitely their goal at Raymour & Flanigan!!!

All was great. Politeness and cleanliness. I do wish there were more direct signs around though. I walked around pretty much the entire top level while pushing my elderly father in a wheel chair looking for the kids section. other than that it was a great experience.

Our experiences at Raymore & Flanigan are always good. The staff there goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. There is a price range for everyone and they are able to arrange affordable payments if you need it. Their selection is huge and in our experience always great quality. This is very important since we are on a budget and have children. We highly recommend them if you are in need of furniture or a mattress.

We are very pleased with our purchase and with each representative from sales to delivery! Everyone was so professional and helpful. We bought a lift recliner for our parents. It is wonderful, well made and comfortable. The delivery personally went over and beyond in the helpfulness. I absolutely recommend!

Our experience with Raymour and Flanigan has always been excellent. Their service is great. We bought this very expensive dinette set from Canada. It took three months to get here, but it is beautiful. Unfortunately the table has a crack in it, which should have been caught during inspection. In spite of that Robert and his manager were right on it and ordered a new table. You cannot expect more than that. Several years ago we bought a beautiful leather couch and loveseat. We had a five year warranty. The stitching was coming out in a few spots just a few months before the warranty was up. They credited us the full price of the set and we added to it to upgrade. They mean it when they say they are there for the customers.
