Jason was awesome! Very down to earth and professional. He made the process simple and easy. No hassle, no pressure what so ever. I always go to Home Plus every year for at least one purchase or more. Great place for affordable furniture!

My partner and I went to homeplus just to get an idea of living accessories they have. Jason was very busy that day.. which was a Fri. He had suggested a couple ideas. Our daughter has special needs so that day we didn't bring her. We took pictures of a bed frame and mattress for her.. The next week we did bring our daughter just to make sure that she was comfortable of the items that she was getting, to our amazement she really liked it.. Prior to our furniture being delivered Chris coordinator had called the day before. My partner and I had a couple of questions... we played phone tag a little bit, but he responded in a timely matter. The next day, Juan or Steven had called to let us know that they were on their way. Our bracket was between 9-12. They came unpacked the boxes that had the items in which were, adjustable bed, queen mattress, and a dining table set with 6 chairs. Their time spent doing this was less than 2 hrs. I've gone to Home Plus a few times and haven't been able to purchase things, was just looking. Today I FINALLY was able to make a purchase and Matt helped me. It was a great experience. He wasn't pushy or too friendly like sometimes sales people are and he didn't hover and make it an uncomfortable environment. Matt was just the right amount of attentive and was fun to work with. Matt was just a normal person doing his sales job and I really appreciated that he wasn't over annoying about it and had answers for all my questions. I would recommend Home Plus, specifically Matt at Home Plus. He made it easy. ud83dude4c

I went in the store to purchase 1 item and ended up purchasing 2. Jason Tobin was a very busy person but was still able to give me the help I needed. Very happy with his service. Steven and Leo delivered my items and one of them was not the one I ordered ( not to the fault of them or Jason ). Steven and Leo went above and beyond to correct this problem. I still received both items on the day promised. I will definitely go back when I need to purchase something else and will look forward to working with Jason and having my purchase delivered by Steven and Leo.nMarcia Bishop
