They called when my product had arrived when to pick up. Great costumer service

The service was great, but I was upset that none of the employees were wearing masks. When I asked about it I was told that they were not required to, didn't feel it was necessary and they would put on a mask if anyone was offended. This is not about me being offended, it's about the safety of the staff and customers. I shouldn't have to ask.

Have shopped Belknap Lumber since 1974 great place to buy good quality items but, today tried to search on google to see it they carried an item I need but no such service I assume, as everything was a phone # to call, I am busy don't have time to make calls and drive to each vendor to see if they carry what I need... Need to have so you can view inventory of what carried to be customer friendly.

Very helpful. Great selection! Somewhat pricey, but their wood cannot be obtained anywhere else. Definately much higher grade stock than the big box stores.
