New management and the new team they are great,
Their great, know more about the plans than customer service. My screen was cracked, he fixed it, got ahold of the insurance companies, had a new one overnighted. Fix

Not only is the service extremely fast, I only pay a third of what I did with my previous carrier. No exaggeration, a third.nI brought my phone back in June for help with Google Playstore--they were so helpful. I just stopped in again for a question on my Settings & again they were very helpful & quick. (I would wait 45 minutes to an hour for help with my previous carrier, get a clueless rep. & be even more frustrated when I left.)nThey go above & beyond every time I stop in.
The staff here need to brush up on their cell phone knowledge
They don't answer there phones at all and one of there guys is really rude and disrespectful
